The Len Advances with Permits Approved & Pre-Sales Launched!

The Lake Oconee community is a step closer to welcoming a transformative development as the site and foundation permit requests for The Len Resort have been granted. This milestone brings the prestigious resort, residences, and marina one step closer to reality, marking a significant $155 million investment in the area. Spearheaded by local land and business developers Lauren and Josh Sprayberry, this project promises substantial workforce and economic development benefits for the community.

The Len Resort, in development for the past five years, will feature a lakefront 141-room Marriott Autograph hotel, 49 branded residential units in Phase 1, and a second Lake Oconee location for Anchors Marina.

Remington Hospitality of Dallas, Texas, will operate the resort, leveraging their expertise from managing approximately 120 hotels and resorts nationwide. Atlanta-based Rabun Architects, known for designing the St. Regis in Buckhead and the Four Seasons in Midtown, is the architect for this ambitious project.

The resort will offer numerous amenities designed to enhance guest and resident experiences, including but not limited to:

- Four food and beverage outlets, including a three-meal signature restaurant and a 3,000 square foot rooftop bar/lounge.

- A resort-style pool with an expansive 46,000-square-foot deck by the lake.

- A pool bar, café, and a market for quick bites.

- A 6,000 sf spa with seven treatment rooms.

- A golf simulator.

- A lakeview ballroom, event terrace and event lawn for gatherings.

- A 300-slip marina with boat rentals and fuel docks.

Pre-sales for The Len Residences have already begun. Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to invest in a Marriott-branded unit, designed with a blend of elegance and practicality. Ownership offers branded Marriott Residence benefits, full access to all resort amenities, and services rooted in the fine art of hospitality.

Key features of The Len Residences include:

- 1,600-square-foot single-level condo units and two-story townhome units with two master bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, and full-size living / entertaining area, providing ample space and comfort for residents and guests.

- Residents will have concierge golf cart pick-up to the marina, boat refueling, in-room dining availability, optional housekeeping services, full-service property management, and elite status with Marriott Bonvoy.

- Option for owners to include their unit in the rental program as part of the hotel inventory, providing residents the opportunity to earn Marriott Bonvoy points.

Dreambuilt will join the team as the contractor for these luxury residences, bringing the same quality and attention to detail as they have for many beautiful homes on the lake. Choate Construction handled the preconstruction phase for the resort, ensuring a solid foundation for the project. Brasfield & Gorrie will lead the effort as the general contractor for the resort, overseeing the build to completion, with AMS Hospitality, LLC continuing to provide construction management services.

This development is expected to bring significant economic growth and job creation to Lake Oconee, further enhancing the community's appeal and providing new opportunities for local businesses and residents.
